People are Programmed To Work A 9-5 J.O.B.

Most people’s minds are programmed to work a 9-5 job, and in most cases live paycheck to paycheck, because this is how they are raised. Everyone they know – parents, relatives, friends, neighbors – works a 9-5 job so they believe that this is the normal thing to do and this is the only way they can earn money for their families. But, what they do not realize is that all they are doing is making someone else richer.

What it really boils down to is this… You go to work to make someone else richer, follow their rules, take orders, get reprimanded for absence, tardiness or even making/receiving a personal phone call, and never get paid what you are really worth.

People are Programmed To Look For A Quick Buck

People wanting to work from home are attracted to the following:

Get-Rich-Quick Deals – When you talk with people that are desperate to work from home, you will find that they are looking for something that does not require “work” and to get rich fast. Unfortunately, these people are more likely to fall into scams and be taken for their money because they respond to ads like “Make $10,000 Tomorrow”. First, they think that just because they get a website, they don’t have to work – they believe that all they have to do is set it up and it will work by itself. This is not going to happen because no one knows that website even exists unless it is marketed. So… they set their website up and forget about it… in turn, they get no responses, they make no money so, therefore, it “doesn’t work” and complain that it’s a “scam”.

Scams – People are attracted to scams maybe because it sounds appealing to make a lot of money quickly or maybe because it sounds simple to do. Unfortunately, people are more likely to invest their money into a company without researching them first. This is very common and a big “No, No!” Not only should the company be researched, but also the person and/or team they are looking to enroll under!

People are Programmed to be Close-Minded

I’ve had people tell me, “I want to work from home, but I don’t want a home based business.” Many people don’t even know what a home based business is. They think it is investing a lot of money and starting something from scratch or they believe if they have to “pay to work” it’s a scam. They will be more likely to say, “I shouldn’t have to pay money to work for someone.” That is correct, you should NEVER pay a fee to work a job like typing, data entry or any other J.O.B., but a home based business is not a job, it is something of your own where you make the decisions, you set your own work schedule. There is no way you can open a McDonalds without investing money, right? Well, it is the same concept, you cannot start a home-based business without investing something. You are investing into your future.

If you really stop to think about it… you DO “invest” money when you work a job in the corporate world. My husband works for Kraft Foods – he “invests” in his own tools, tool chests and boxes, uniforms, safety shoes, union dues and more. The same applies to construction workers, beauticians, barbers, firemen, police officers – the list goes on and on. I worked in an office and until I started working at home, I never realized that when I worked in the corporate world I “invested” more money than what I was earning… suits, shirts, dress shoes, train fare, automobile expenses (to get to the train), daycare and more!
